If the customer's payment is refunded, its commission is cancelled. ### Do monthly payments and renewals count? Every payment the customer makes in the first 12 months from their first paid subscription counts, monthly or annual. After that year their payments earn nothing. ### How is a customer credited to me? Through your own link (the customer opens it and signs up within 90 days) or a discount code we tie to your name if we agree to. A customer is credited to the first affiliate they came from. Workspaces you own, or that use your own email, do not count. ### Can I promise customers reviews or a Google Maps ranking? No. SMTAK does not guarantee a ranking or a number of reviews, and Google's policies forbid buying reviews or offering anything in exchange for them. The programme forbids any claim to that effect.
