What we do
- SMTAK is a Saudi cloud platform for businesses that live on Google Maps reviews: restaurants, cafés, clinics, retailers and multi-branch chains.
- It connects your Google Business Profile through Google's official connection with management permission only, without sharing your Google password.
- It brings every branch's reviews into one dashboard and drafts a reply to each one in your brand voice, in Saudi dialect, Standard Arabic or English.
- No reply is published without human approval unless the owner explicitly turns on auto-publishing, which by default covers four and five star reviews only; one to three star reviews wait for the owner.
Our principles
We do not sell reviews or help filter them: everything the platform offers for collecting reviews asks every customer, with nothing in return.
We do not promise removals: only Google removes a review, when it breaks Google's policies.
We do not guarantee a position on Google Maps: ranking is Google's decision, based on relevance, distance and prominence.
Each business's data is isolated, connection credentials are stored encrypted, and your data is never used to train general AI models.
