Google review management platforms in Saudi Arabia, compared

Eight Arabic platforms manage Google Maps reviews for businesses in Saudi Arabia, compared on twelve points an owner cares about: how it connects to your Google profile, who approves a reply before it is published, which dialect it is written in, what an extra branch costs, and which prices and trials are published. What each platform says about itself is quoted as it stood on the comparison date, and what it does not say is left as not stated.

How do you choose a platform to reply to Google Maps reviews in Saudi Arabia?

Compare five things: who approves a reply before it is published, the dialect it is written in, the price of one branch, whether there is a free trial and how long it lasts, and how the platform connects to Google. The table below quotes each site as it described itself on 19 October 2026, and does not rank the platforms.

Information about the other platforms was taken from their public pages on 2026-10-19 as written there, without trying their accounts. Anything a page does not mention is marked "Not stated on their site". Prices and features change, so check each platform's site before deciding. Names and marks belong to their owners, and any correction sent to support@smtak.com will be published.

Six questions before you choose

  1. Is your profile connected through Google's own sign-in with profile-management permission, or are you asked for your account password?

  2. Do you approve a reply before it is published on Google, especially on low ratings, or is every reply posted automatically?

  3. In which dialect and language are replies written, and does a customer who writes in English or another language get a reply in theirs?

  4. What does an extra branch cost, and is the price published or quoted on request?

  5. Does the platform alert you the moment a low rating arrives, and does it track the fix, not only the reply?

  6. How are reviews requested? A link or QR code for every customer is allowed; incentives or picking only happy customers break Google's policies.

The comparison, point by point

Each point has one line per platform. The first line is SMTAK's; the rest keep one fixed order.

How it connects to Google

An official connection through Google's sign-in with profile-management permission means your account password is never handed over, and the permission can be revoked from your Google account at any time.

SMTAK (سمعتك)
Official Google Business Profile connection with profile-management permission only; no Google password
Zakii (ذكي)
Not stated on their site
Raddi
A Google Business Profile connection, in a setup their page says takes about five minutes
RextUp

Moragaty (مراجعاتي)

Sumaa (سُمعة)
Not stated on their site

Meshual (مشول)
"The connection goes through official Google", and "you control the permissions and can cancel them at any time"

Approval before publishing

A reply published in your business's name is read by everyone who opens your profile, so the question is who approves it before customers see it, above all on a low rating.

SMTAK (سمعتك)
Yes. By default, replies to 1 to 3 star reviews stay drafts until the owner approves them; automatic publishing on 4 and 5 stars is the owner's choice
Zakii (ذكي)
Their page says the AI replies to a new review immediately; human approval is not stated
Raddi
A choice between automatic replies and review before posting
RextUp
Yes: approve, then publish on Google, with a draft state in the inbox
Moragaty (مراجعاتي)
Not stated on their site
Sumaa (سُمعة)
Not stated on their site

Meshual (مشول)
"Full automatic reply, or manual reply where Meshual suggests the reply and you publish it after review"

Reply languages and dialects

A Saudi customer reads their own dialect, and a customer who wrote in English or Urdu expects a reply in their language.

SMTAK (سمعتك)
Saudi dialect (neutral, Najdi and Hijazi), Standard Arabic and English, and automatically the customer's own language when they write in another
Zakii (ذكي)

Multiple branches

Each branch has its own profile and reviews; what matters is seeing them in one dashboard and knowing what an extra branch costs before you add it.

The price follows the number of branches, "the more branches, the lower the price per branch", and above 20 branches you contact them
Meshual (مشول)
"Manage all branches from one dashboard", priced by branch band

Published prices

A published price is compared per branch and by what it includes, not by the figure alone. Prices are as each platform's site published them on the comparison date.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a Saudi platform for automatic replies to Google Maps reviews?

Yes, there are Arabic platforms serving businesses in Saudi Arabia. The sites of Zakii, Raddi, Repma and Meshual mention automatic replies, and SMTAK drafts a reply to every review and publishes automatically on 4 and 5 stars if the owner chooses that. They differ in approval before publishing, dialects and price, and the table above quotes what each platform wrote on 19 October 2026.

How much do review-reply platforms cost in Saudi Arabia?

According to their sites on 19 October 2026: SMTAK 69, 119 and 169 SAR a month for the first branch, Raddi 119 SAR per location, Repma from 119 riyals per branch, Meshual from 99 riyals, Moragaty and Sumaa 199 riyals for one branch, Zakii 297 SAR for one location, and RextUp publishes no price. Prices change, so check each site and compare the price of a branch with what it includes.

What is the difference between an automatic reply and a reply after approval?

An automatic reply is published on Google as soon as it is written, with no one seeing it first. A reply after approval stays a draft until the owner or a manager reviews and publishes it. In SMTAK, replies to 1 to 3 stars wait for approval by default, the owner can set that threshold, and sensitive reviews always wait for a person.

How was the information about the other platforms gathered?

From their public pages on 19 October 2026 as written there, without trying their accounts. Anything a page does not mention is marked "Not stated on their site". If something has changed or you see an error, write to support@smtak.com and it will be corrected.

What matters most when choosing a Google review platform?

That you approve replies to low ratings before they are published, that your profile connects through Google itself without a password, that replies come in your dialect and the customer's language, and that the price of an extra branch is published. The rest is detail a free trial settles.

Is the most expensive platform the better one?

Not necessarily. Compare the price of one branch with what it actually includes: approval before publishing, dialects, alerts, reports and the branch count. A business with three branches pays per location on one platform and a plan price that includes branches on another, so work out your monthly total, not the headline price.

Does any of these platforms delete negative reviews?

No software or platform can delete a review from Google Maps. Google alone removes a review when it breaks its policies, and a business owner can only report it. Any offer to delete negative reviews or to sell reviews breaks Google's policies.

Why don't you quote each platform's customer results?

Because they are each company's claims about itself and we cannot verify them. We show what each page says about its features and prices and leave the results to your own trial.
